Day of Coordinating Services

$650 | Flat Rate

  • Coordinating is a fixed rate of$650

    Why a fixed rate?

    Coordinating is all or nothing. In order to successfully coordinate for you and your loved ones, we give it our all every time. This includes:

    • Initial Meetings (as needed)

    • Rehearsal Day

      • Rehearsal coordination and preparation

    • Wedding day preparation

      • We are the first ones to arrive for the start of you wedding day. During set up, we work to ensure your vision comes alive. Whether it be working with your friends and family, the wedding party, or all on our own we ensure your vision comes to life.

      • Communication with vendors

      • Establishing and maintaining a timeline

      • Troubleshooting as needed

    • Ceremony

      • Communication with friends, family, pastors, church staff and others to ensure you get hitched without a hitch!

    • Reception

      • Maintaining and executing reception timelines

      • Troubleshooting throughout the reception as needed so you can focus on you and your spouse

    • Post-Wedding

      • We are the last to leave on your big day. We ensure your wedding is taken down and your precious memorabilia are taken care of

      • Ensure vendor guidelines are met in the tear down process

  • If there is an unusually high number of vendors, a need for additional coordination staff, or other unanticipated elements, additional fees may be required; however, we will clearly communicate these potential costs to the bride and groom before the contract is signed.

Partial Planning Service + Day of Coordinating

$900

    • Consultations begin 4 months out

    • Provides budget guidance

    • We’ll brainstorm your vision/vibe

    • Provides vendor recs with prices that maximize resources

    • Full vendor coordination

    • Tailor-made to do lists for the Bride & Groom

    • Detailed wedding weekend schedule

    • 4 meetings

    • Full budget break-down and assistance

    • We’ll brainstorm your vision and nail down your vibe

    • Venue and vendor recs

    • Full vendor coordination

    • Graphic design services (for invitations, signage, party favors, Etc.)

    • Creation of rehearsal dinner + ceremony + reception layouts

    • Tailor-made to do lists for the bride, groom, MOH, & Best Man

    • Detailed wedding weekend schedule (to include rehearsal, wedding day, ceremony, and reception)

    • Provides family & wedding party with printed, personalized day-of schedules

    • supplies day-of schedules

    • Monthly meetings with unlimited email communication
